Arc Gallery “HOME” National Juried Exhibition

AcostaFord_AgeofAquarius.jpg

I'm so happy to announce that one of my pieces was selected to be part of Arc Gallery's upcoming National Juried Exhibition, HOME.

My homes have included Queens, Grove City, La Junta, London, Denver, and a few other places in between. For over the last eleven years, longer than I have lived anywhere else, I have been fortunate enough to call beautiful and magical San Francisco my home.

Here is more on Age of Aquarius (from the series Selective Amnesia) :

This work features Aquarius Records, the first record store we visited when we moved to San Francisco over a decade ago, and which no longer exists. The endangered Sumatran Orangutan from Southeast Asia is depicted in this work.

I will be participating in the HOME Artists Talks via Zoom on Wednesday, May 19th, 6-7PM Pacific Time Zoom
